Brandon

Operations Manager

Brandon started in the industry with the John H. Coleman Company in 2010. He started as a helper in the install department before becoming a lead installer for several years. He is an expert in controls and IT. Today, Brandon plays a crucial role in keeping the John H. Coleman Companies software and tech needs up to date and running as well as managing the service team. Brandon enjoys gaming, streaming, cycling, and finding good deals at the flea market.

Virgil

Controller

Virgil brings over 35 years of accounting to JHCC. He is meticulous and exhaustive when it comes to numbers and making sure that everything on the financial side balances out. He prefers it to be right to the penny! When he isn’t balancing financial books, he enjoys fishing and going to auctions to see what treasures he can find! 

Neil

Install and RNC Manager

Neil recently came to JHCC and boasts expertise in everything from sales and design to installation management. Neil has worked for nearly 30 years in the Knoxville HVAC industry. Recently, he focused on residential new construction and will bring that expertise to JHCC as well as his ability to oversee the installation teams. When not working, Neil loves 4x4 off-roading, camping, boating, and traveling!

Don

Install Supervisor

Donald brings almost two decades of experience to the John H. Coleman Company installation team. He joined the team in 2018 as a lead installer and was quickly moved to install manager in 2021. Don is excellent at overseeing our installation teams and making sure that the design of jobs will deliver optimal comfort for our customers. When not working Don enjoys model building, shooting, studying genealogy, and working on cars.

Tom

Tom started with our company in 1998. He is one of our top lead installers and specializes in sheet metal fabrication and job planning. Tom also loves to do woodworking and spoiling his grandsons!

Chris R.

Chris has been in the HVAC industry for over 20 years. When on the job Chris always wants to ensure the customer is comfortable and satisfied. Chris won Employee of the Month in March of 2024! In his spare time Chris enjoys light reading and being with his friends.

Josh Rus.

Josh has over 8 years of experience installing HVAC equipment. One of the things he loves about his job is helping make customers feel comfortable and happy. If he isn’t helping his customers, Josh loves to hike, fish, and spend time with his wife and 3 kids. 

Josh Rut.

Josh has been working in HVAC since 2022. He enjoys wiring systems up and connecting them because he feels like he is doing a giant puzzle. When Josh isn’t working, he enjoys playing guitar, card games, and video games. 

Stephen

He joined the JHCC team in 2023 and has quickly become a rising star within our organization. Stephen loves coming to work on Friday mornings and finding a yummy breakfast. Stephen won Employee of the Month in September of 2023. When he isn’t at work he loves just hanging out at home.

Trey

Trey started with JHCC at the start of 2024 and brings nearly a decade of HVAC installation experience with him. His favorite part of work is being together with his team helping solve problems for customers. Trey was the employee of the month in July of 2024 after all of his hard work that month! If he isn’t working you will likely find him playing video games!

Emilio

Emilio joined the JHCC team in the summer of 2024. He loves working on installing systems because they are not all the same and every day presents a new challenge. When he isn’t at work he enjoys geocaching, hiking, and camping.

Jacob

Jacob has over 6 years of experience in the industry. He specializes in problem-solving, low-voltage wiring, sheet metal work, and copper piping work. If Jacob isn’t at work, he is probably fishing, camping, riding dirt bikes, or watching college football!

Jen

CSR Supervisor

Jen loves solving problems for customers and dealing with difficult scheduling issues. Before getting into customer service, she was a massage therapist. When not working, she likes to garden, bake, and watch movies. 

Amy

Amy started with JHCC at the end of 2023. One of the things she aspires to do is treat customers like people and not numbers. One of her favorite things is being a mom to her son! When not working she enjoys doing crafts, cooking, playing video games, and dressing up for Comic Con!

Elaina

Elaina joined the John H. Coleman Company team in November 2022. She brings a total of 10 years of experience to our CSR team! Elaina is a two-time employee of the month winner in 2023 and 2024! Elaina enjoys singing karaoke, crocheting, and spending time with her daughter, family, and her cat whom she loves to spoil.

Nathan P.

Plumbing Supervisor

Nathan has over 15 years of plumbing experience. He specializes in custom design installations, pipe fitting, water filtration, and working with modern plumbing systems that your home. Nathan was our employee of the month in November of 2022. In his spare time, Nathan loves hiking, kayaking, the lake, traveling, and watching Alabama football and Indiana basketball!

Chris G.

Chris has over 20 years of plumbing experience. He began working for JHCC in 2023. One of the things he enjoys the most about his job is working with the plumbing team. When he isn’t working Chris enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. 

Robert

Robert has been doing plumbing since 2016. He loves helping customers everyday and learning new things while on the job. When not taking care of customer’s plumbing needs Robert loves to go fishing!

Steven

Steven has worked in the plumbing industry since 2015. He joined the JHCC team early in 2024 and has become an integral part. He loves being able to meet new customers and help solve any problems they face. When doing plumbing work, he enjoys going to the gym and playing flag football! 

John

Plumbing Supervisor

John is our electrical supervisor. He has over 3 decades of experience in both residential and commercial electrical service. He is excellent at troubleshooting and lighting. John was named employee of the month in February of 2023. When not at work, he loves fishing and playing with his grandkids.

Nathan R.

Nathan boasts over 18 years of experience in electrical. Troubleshooting issues is his biggest area of expertise. Nathan was named the JHCC employee of the month in May of 2023! When he's not working, he likes fishing, camping, hiking, cooking, and spending time with his family.

Jerimiah

Jerimiah has worked through our electrical team over the last 3 years. He was an employee of the month in June of 2024. When he isn’t working, he loves backpacking, shooting, and archery. 

Kenneth

Kenneth has over 27 years of experience in industrial, commercial, and residential electrical work. His favorite thing about the job is getting great responses from customers when he delivers a superior job! In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, watersports, and riding UTVs. 

Nick

Service Supervisor

Nick has been in the HVAC industry for over 15 years. He prides himself on problem-solving, customer service, and communication with his team. He has been a three-time employee of the month here at JHCC. If he isn’t at work, you will typically find Nick on the golf course or behind a grill or smoker! 

Chris M.

Chris has been working in the HVAC industry since 2021. He was named the JHCC employee of the month in July 2023 for his hard work! His favorite part of his job is getting to make customers comfortable again by helping to solve their problems. When he isn’t working Chris enjoys playing guitar, building and creating things like porches and sheds, and spending time with his wife and fur babies!

Cooper W.

Cooper has worked in HVAC since 2022. He loves going out to customers’ houses to help with their problems and meeting all their pets! Cooper was the employee of the month in August of 2024! When he isn’t at work, he enjoys playing disc golf and browsing YouTube.

David S.

David has been in the industry for over 15 years. He loves helping homeowners and providing them with solutions. He is a self-proclaimed halfback, born and raised in New York, moved to Florida, and made it halfway back to Knoxville! In his spare time, he loves riding four-wheelers, going to theme parks, listening to music, hunting, and fishing.

Josh B.

Josh has 17 years of HVAC service experience. He is excellent in pneumatic controls, refrigeration, and machine mechanics. Josh was named employee of the month in December of 2022. Outside of work he enjoys knife building and photography.

Justin

Justin has been in the industry since 2018. One of the best for him is to simply help others when they are in need. He says that he has never met a stranger, which allows him to be a great communicator. When he isn’t working, he enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, doing anything outdoors, or working on car audio!

Wayne

Wayne loves to make customers happy and comfortable in their homes. He is great when it comes to troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. When not working Wayne enjoys softball and fishing as much as he can!

Ehsan

Ehsan has over 10 years of service experience in the HVAC industry. He loves making sure his customers feel like a priority and helping them solve their issues. If he isn’t helping his customers, he is spending time with his beautiful family or riding bikes.

Felix

Felix has been in the HVAC industry since 2017. He enjoys being faced with new challenges every day when fixing equipment. If Felix isn’t working, he loves exploring nature, watching and playing basketball, and watching F1 racing (Team Ferrari)!

David H.

Coleman Care Supervisor

David has worked at the John H. Coleman Company since 2017. He started as an install helper before becoming a lead installer. Since then, David has moved into a front-office role and oversees the ColemanCare team. David is an extremely effective communicator and thrives on efficiency and getting things done! David was the John H. Coleman Company employee of the year in 2023! In his spare time, he loves flipping cars, spending time with his family, boating, and browsing flea markets.

Charlie

Charlie joined the John H. Coleman Company at the start of 2022. He brings nearly 4 years of experience to our Coleman Care team. He is very effective in communicating and educating our customers. Charlie was named Employee of the Month in July of 2022 and 2023. He enjoys reading theology books, watching the Braves, and going to the park with his wife and kids.

Eli

Elijah enjoys connecting with customers when in the field and helping them fix whatever issues they may face. In his spare time, he loves to go fishing, watch sports, and play video games. 

Tyler

Warehouse Supervisor

Tyler brings many years of warehouse and inventory experience to JHCC. He joined our team in January of 2024. He specializes in setting up processes to help our company run more efficiently. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, golf, and being with his family. 

Daniel

Daniel joined the team in the summer of 2024. He currently works helping stock the warehouse and run equipment to different job sites. He enjoys learning new things and the teamwork at JHCC. When not working Daniel loves to play soccer and video games.

Andy

Andy has been with Coleman since February of 2021. Andy has a fun infectious personality that all his customers and co-workers recognize. He is excellent at working with customers and understanding their needs. He was named employee of the in both September 2022 and April 2024. When not working, he loves hanging out with his family, summer days at the lake, and watching football in the fall.

Walker

Walker joined the team in 2022 and has become a rising star. He brings past sales experience and marketing to our team. In his spare time, he enjoys rocking out to Zeppelin, eating fancy food with his wife, performing WWE moves on his trampoline, playing keep away from his dog, and being with his family.

Steve

Steve joined the Coleman team in October of 1995. Steve has taken on numerous different roles within the company over the years. He is currently spending most of his time dealing with purchasing and warranty claims. Steve was named Employee of the Month in May of 2022. Steve loves to go shoot sporting clays and walk his dog.

Rob

Rob started with JHCC in the summer of 2024. Rob serves as the installation and sales coordinator. His favorite part of his job is all the people that he works with. When he isn’t working Rob enjoys playing pickleball, weightlifting, basketball, and softball!

Kristin

Kristin has served in the services industry since 2017. She currently helps our services teams with dispatching and customer relations. Her goal is always to provide great customer service to everyone she works with! In her spare time, she loves coaching softball, going out on the lake, and spending time with her family.
