HVAC Service Technician - Residential / Light Commercial
Responsibilities
- Perform regular or routine maintenance tasks on residential and light commercial HVAC units
- Clear intake and outflow vents
- Ensure filtration systems are clean and effective
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and system elements
Qualifications
- Work as a team but be able to independently work with little to no supervision
- At least 3-5yrs+ HVAC experience- required
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects exceeding 50lbs daily
- Maintain professional appearance
- Have great customer service and communication skills
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Be wiling to work overtime as needed and with rotating on-call shifts

HVAC Lead Installer
Responsibilities
- Lead Install team
- Train new employees
- Install and remove residential and light commercial HVAC units
- Responsible for working with little to no supervision while completing jobs
- Have a knowledge of wiring, brazing, soldering, pipefitting, welding, and fabrication
- Perform installation of all metal duct systems
- HVAC retrofitting
- Zoning
Qualifications
- 5+yrs HVAC experience
- 2+yrs proven leadership
- Be physically able to do the job in its entirety and be able to lift and move heavy objects exceeding 50lbs daily
- Maintain professional appearance, no facial tattoos or piercings. (Due to safety, piercings must be removed while at work)
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbally
- Have excellent attendance record and be highly punctual
- Must have valid driver’s license,
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Must be able to work rotating on-call shifts which include during the week and weekends. Must have reliable transportation.

Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls in a thorough and timely manner.
- Identify the customer’s needs and provide exceptional service.
- Analyze jobs to assess urgency and appropriate response.
- Daily quality control of call, customer and job detail.
- Utilize dispatching software to coordinate technicians and schedule variations for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.
- Educating customers on the benefits of Coleman Care maintenance programs and registering them.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service support or similar experience working in a call-center like environment
- Service Titan experience preferred, but not necessary
- Have basic computer skills and be comfortable in most computer programs- Microsoft, Excel, Google, etc.
- Proficient typing is a must
- Excellent communication and data keeping skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong attendance record
- Maintain professional appearance
- Pass drug screen & background check
Experience:
- Call center: 1 year (Required)
- Multi-line phone systems: 1 year (Required)
- Dispatch: 3-5 years (Required)
- HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical experience a plus!

Warehouse / Delivery Driver
Responsibilities
- Assist in the warehouse
- Deliver parts needed to crews out in the field
- Maintain organization of warehouse
- Assist HVAC as a helper as needed
